Refund Policy

1. Nature of Cureva’s Services

Cureva, operated by Ovara Healthtech Pvt Ltd, is an independent medical tourism facilitation company. Cureva does not collect any payments directly from patients for medical treatment, hospital procedures, surgeries, consultations, or any clinical services. All payments for medical treatment are made directly by patients to the respective hospitals and healthcare providers.

Cureva’s facilitation services including appointment coordination, visa assistance, airport transfers, accommodation support, and patient coordination are provided at no direct charge to the patient.

2. Hospital Payments

All payments for medical treatment, hospital stays, consultations, investigations, and related clinical services are collected directly by the hospital. Cureva has no role in collecting, processing, or holding any payment made to the hospital. Any refund requests related to treatment costs, deposits, or hospital payments must be directed exclusively to the respective hospital’s billing and finance department.

3. Third Party Service Providers

In cases where Cureva assists patients in arranging third party services such as accommodation, transportation, or travel logistics through external providers, any refund related to those services will be governed by the refund and cancellation policies of the respective third party service provider. Cureva will assist patients in coordinating with these providers but cannot guarantee refunds on their behalf.

4. Facilitation Support

As Cureva does not charge patients directly for its core facilitation services, there are no fees collected by Cureva that would be subject to a refund under normal circumstances.

5. Disputes and Escalations

If a patient believes they have been incorrectly charged or have a dispute related to any service coordinated by Cureva, they may contact us at:

Cureva will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving disputes with hospital partners and third party service providers on behalf of the patient.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cureva is not liable for any refunds, cancellations, or disputes arising from medical treatment, hospital services, or payments made directly to hospitals or third party providers. Our role is limited to coordination and facilitation only.
